Folsom Canal, 44.5 miles (2923.5 YTD). QuestXS (foothole covers, hood w/shield). N-31.2, S-33.9, N-31.5, N-34.4, S-30.9, S-33.1. Despite not feeling all that great I hit training PRs in both the one-lap round-trip average speed (31.5+34.4/2=32.95mph) and total ride average speed of 32.5mph which is more than .5mph over my best set five days ago.
